DESCRIPTION:Join us for a delightful afternoon of yoga\, sound bowls and meditation at the Eye of RA Holistic Center! \nYoga is a complete workout for the mind-body-soul.  In ancient times yoga was practiced as a way for attaining metaphysical experience hence was a part of a spiritual system.  Most modern day practices of yoga primarily focus on the physical benefits of yoga. Experience yoga as a total mind-body-soul benefit. \nYoga practice helps children and teens improve both their mental and physical health.  Yoga can assist children and teens improve fitness and physical health\, reduce stress and anxiety associated with age appropriate stressors such as peer pressure\, improve optimism\, improve focus and school performance\, improve self-esteem and body image\, encourage creativity\, develop discipline and self-regulation.
