Heated Grounding Yoga
Come and join us for an energizing session of Heated Grounding Yoga at the Eye of RA Holistic Center! Connect with your body and mind while sweating out toxins in a heated (80-86 degrees) room with a grounding floor. The warm temperature helps to make the body more flexible which helps to make yoga postures easier to get into. Reap the health benefits of making bodily contact with the Earth’s natural electric charge on our grounding floor.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through grounding poses and sequences to help you find balance and inner peace. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is suitable for all levels.
Come prepared to sweat, stretch and introspect!
