The Eye of RA is a Holistic Health Community Center established to foster and facilitate mind-body-soul-community health and wellbeing. What do we mean by holistic health? Holistic health refers to a set of healing practices that focus on taking care of the whole integrated being—mind, body, and soul. However, we take it a step further to include community because we understand the critical role that the community plays socially on mind-body-soul health. Statistics show that there is a growing need for individuals, families and communities to have access to holistic resources that help to reduce stress, dis-ease and dysfunction. The Eye of RA Center aims to serve that need through various holistic services, programs, classes and products. We are a self-sustaining non-profit 501c3 organization. However, your support helps us to spread our wings even wider.
Youth/Teen Yoga & Meditation Classes
Our free & fun age appropriate yoga & meditation classes promote physical, mental and emotional health with a focus on stress release, building self-esteem and mind-body-soul mindfulness.
Holistic Mind-Body-Soul Services
We offer mind-body-soul holistic services under the Arat RA Reiki Healing System. Kemetic Reiki, Sound bowl therapy, Oracle Readings, Aura Clearing and Spiritual Coaching to name a few.
S.T.E.M. With Cultural Continuity & Integrity
We connect under represented youth to science, technology, engineering & math by connecting them to contributions & contributors from their ethnic group with a focus on integrity.
Adult Holistic Health Classes & Workshops
We offer a variety of adult holistic classes and workshops – kemetic yoga, meditation, qi gong, spine align, sound bowl therapy, healing the inner child, just to name a few.
Metaphysical Store and Gift Shop
In an effort to support our nonprofit financially and the community we offer metaphysical products that support mind-body-soul-community wellbeing.
Holistic Vegan Foods & Drinks
We have a project under way to duplicate our past efforts in 3rd Ward in which we provided affordable high quality vegan food & herbal drinks to the community.

Green Room Classes
Our weekly classes and workshops are held in our powerfully charged green room. Our Green Room is designed to allow for grounding/earthing and is equipped with the Aura Air Filtration system that has an incredibly effective monitoring, purification, and disinfection process that eliminates viruses,
bacteria, allergens, mold, and VOCs, including 99.99% of SARS-
CoV-2. No need to feel stuck working out alone at home in order to be safe. Our green room is filled with high vibratory energy that will leave you feeling light and vibrating high.

Kemetic Reiki
The Eye of RA Holistic Center is the home of Arat RA Kemetic Reiki. Arat RA Kemetic Reiki is a mind-body-soul healing system designed to help you experience and manifest your higher-Self. Arat RA Kemetic Reiki utilizes the life-force energy to help restore energy balance and natural order to the astral body which includes the 7 primary energy centers and the aura (personal energy force field). Arat RA Reiki is designed to provide a systematic approach to gradually cleansing, healing and activating all 7 primary energy centers. It is a proven methodology that helps to restore balance within the personality. When there is balance in the personality, we are better able to vibrate on the higher frequencies of divine love, peace and joy. What else in life is more deserving of a higher pursuit?

They Eye of RA Shop carries a unique line of products and gifts. Many of our items are made or adorned in-house and exported from Egypt and other parts of Africa. Our crystals are sourced from legitimate crystal suppliers that do not sell fake, dyed or fabricated crystals from China or elsewhere. RA Vegan Café
The Eye of RA Holistic Center will be the home of RA Vegan Café in Spring 2023. Ra Vegan Café got its start at the SHAPE Community Center in Houston, where we did a proof of concept. It turned out that even during the height of COVID-19, RA Vegan Café attracted repeat satisfied customers. Our primary focus at this new location will be on our most nutritious foods, which are live foods. A key to good health is eating healthy foods that are nutrient dense and full of vitality. Fresh uncooked or lightly cooked plant based whole foods are at the top of that list. Even eating healthy part-time is better than eating unhealthy full-time! Ra Vegan Café helps you to be good to BOTH your taste buds and your cells! Our motto is, ‘You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy delicious vegan food.’
